    Falling Leaves…

I collect the leaves, and I collect your lingering love, in my heart, withing my growth.

Saying goodbye to autumn, and saying goodbye to you.

    Love, Dad.

You are always living inside me…

Born in a coastal city, Qingdao from China. Jing received her BFA of Metal Arts from California College of the Arts in Oakland, and then attended Cranbrook Academy of Art in Michigan.

Following the lead of materials with all her heart, her movements have become material lessons about time, about care, and she realizes that she makes objects that she longs to hold. Jing’s works survive as physical, emotional, and psychological monuments to, for, and about the fulfillment of her deceased father’s promise such that she is learning what it means to make her own.
